On Thursday, November 9 we will visit the Kalona Public Library during National Young Readers Week! Please send your child's card with them to be able to check out books from the library. If your child has overdue fines, please take care of them prior to our trip so they will be able to check out books on our class trip. If your child does not have a library card, please be sure to stop in the Kalona Public Library to get one ordered so they can check out when we arrive on Thursday, November 9.
We’ll snuggle up with a good book throughout the school day while enjoying our comfy PJs! We'll leave Mid-Prairie East Elementary at 10:45 and arrive back just in time for Lunch at 11:45am. Thank you to Jennifer Witthoft and Kristy Newton for signing up to join us on this walking field trip. Others are welcome if you are on the Mid-Prairie Approved Volunteers List. Please let me know if you can come join the fun too!
